Following the iOS 14.5 update, many clients start to suffer from missing conversion events on their Facebook ads campaigns. This creates uncertainty for the advertiser and makes it difficult to track which ads work better than others.
AnyTrack supports all changes required for the iOS 14.5 and sends Facebook all relevant information such as fbclid
, advance matching parameters (when available) and other session details about the user. Unfortunately, if the user chooses to opt-out from tracking, although Facebook receives all this information it will still discard some conversion events to honor the user request.
Although some of the conversions will not be displayed in Facebook, you should still expect some improvement on the Facebook reporting when switching to AnyTrack. AnyTrack uses multiple techniques to provide Facebook both client-side data and server-side data and organize it in such a way that improve attributions on Facebook. Furthermore, all your data is collected and stored in AnyTrack so you can find any missing conversions in AnyTrack dashboards.

Although Facebook discards some of the events, you will still have full access to ALL the data on AnyTrack. AnyTrack can still see all your clients information and can show you where your users come from and what are the most successful ad sets you have.
1. Using the Campaigns Report view
AnyTrack automatically finds your running campaigns using UTM params and can show you how many engagements and conversions you receive for each campaign. You can also use the Breakdown feature to see detailed reports per ad set.
2. Using the Event Timeline
Clicking on each event on AnyTrack will open the event details window with all the information about the event. You will able to see what are the attributed UTM parameters for that event as well as all the previous events for this user session:
3. Using Google Analytics
AnyTrack can integrate with Google Analytics with a click of a button and send all your conversions data there. Using custom views you will be able to generate almost any report you will need to filter and understand your users better.
