We recently released a new Shopify integration that can improve tracking and attributions and supports more Shopify stores.
In order to switch to the new setup, please install our new Shopify integration and follow the setup instructions on the integration page.
The new setup will enable you to track also AddToCart and InitiateCheckout events and will work completely via server-side events from Shopify notification systems (webhooks).
In order to track each individual product, AnyTrack adds a hidden line property
_atclid for each product with AnyTrack click id on its value. This property is hidden for your clients and only visible on the Shopify admin panel.
AnyTrack uses this line property to attribute each of your cards and orders on your stores with your users and it’s required for the Shopify webhooks integration.
If the new line property causes you problems on your existing store setup you can fix it using the following steps.
