For most websites, AnyTrack will capture PageView, OutboundClick and FormSubmit events automatically.
Every page your visitors visit on your website will trigger a PageView event. This event will trigger automatically via AnyTrack TAG and will be used for attribution and campaign tracking. AnyTrack is not responsible for triggering PageView events on your tracking pixels and, by default, each pixel will trigger its own PageView event independently.
<a /> link within your website that has
rel="sponsored"will be treated as outbound click and will generate an event on click.
In addition, any offer links from one of our supported integrations will also count as outbound click and will generate an event on click.
<form /> tag on your website will generate a FormSubmit event upon submit. Some forms will have additional tracking parameters if they are recognized as one of our supported integrations.
We added some smart rules to ignore login forms or other insignificant events from your metrics. We are always happy to receive feedback and adjust these rules to better match your goals.
If your website is running by one of our supported integrations it’s possible your website will generate additional standard events based on the integration custom ruling. Read the documentation of your current integration for more details.
Server-side and custom events
It’s possible to trigger additional offline events for your website using our integrations via our server-side connection. Follow the integration instructions to learn more about it.
